A PROGRAM THAT WORKS!
Joey Cook Pastor, Life Church Arkansas Mr. Black, To say that I was leery of the Leadership Awakening weekend training would be a vast understatement. I got cold feet and almost made up an excuse as to why I might not be able to attend during the week leading up to the event. However, to have missed this training would have been a detriment to becoming WHO it is that God has made me to be. During the training, I came face to face with some of the barriers that had been keeping me from being the leader that my church needed me to be. Over the 48 hour period, I was challenged in new ways that I had never experienced and had my life significantly altered. I literally came back to my home and church as a different person. Yes, I still had the same hobbies, family, and even calling, but, for the first time in my adult life, those things actually begin to take on significant importance in my life. As wild as it probably sounds, food began to taste better. Smells become more potent and life became more vivid. When I began living my life like it matters, it actually did!! I am a better husband, a better father, a better pastor, and a better leader in my community because of the work of God in my life, through the experience made possible in your training. The following weekend, a man pulled me aside and literally asked, “what happened to you last weekend”? He hen mentioned that he had just heard me preach the best and most bold sermon that he had heard in his life. Just this morning, 3 weeks after the training, I felt more assertive and bold in a Zoom meeting with our city’s mayor regarding a community event that our church leads each year for he 4th of July weekend. I have been more consistent in my devotional time with my children and even started an LLC in order to begin creating a future financial legacy for my children and their children to follow. I have been a better leader in my local church and my staff noticed an immediate difference in my approach to everyday tasks. hank you for taking the time to create a program that WORKS! You have made an impact in my life and I plan to continue that impact in the lives of others for generations that come. 
“MY LIFE IS FOREVER CHANGED” Leah Noland, Personal Trainer The growth in my personal life over the last 6 months is more than I have had in the last 3 years put together. A PROGRAM THAT WORKS!
Joey Cook Pastor, Life Church Arkansas Mr. Black, To say that I was leery of the Leadership Awakening weekend training would be a vast understatement. I got cold feet and almost made up an excuse as to why I might not be able to attend during the week leading up to the event. However, to have missed this training would have been a detriment to becoming WHO it is that God has made me to be. During the training, I came face to face with some of the barriers that had been keeping me from being the leader that my church needed me to be. Over the 48 hour period, I was challenged in new ways that I had never experienced and had my life significantly altered. I literally came back to my home and church as a different person. Yes, I still had the same hobbies, family, and even calling, but, for the first time in my adult life, those things actually begin to take on significant importance in my life. As wild as it probably sounds, food began to taste better. Smells become more potent and life became more vivid. When I began living my life like it matters, it actually did!! I am a better husband, a better father, a better pastor, and a better leader in my community because of the work of God in my life, through the experience made possible in your training. The following weekend, a man pulled me aside and literally asked, “what happened to you last weekend”? He hen mentioned that he had just heard me preach the best and most bold sermon that he had heard in his life. Just this morning, 3 weeks after the training, I felt more assertive and bold in a Zoom meeting with our city’s mayor regarding a community event that our church leads each year for he 4th of July weekend. I have been more consistent in my devotional time with my children and even started an LLC in order to begin creating a future financial legacy for my children and their children to follow. I have been a better leader in my local church and my staff noticed an immediate difference in my approach to everyday tasks. hank you for taking the time to create a program that WORKS! You have made an impact in my life and I plan to continue that impact in the lives of others for generations that come.
