Returns and Refunds Policy

Books and CDs:

Due to copyright laws, we are unable to provide refunds for Books and CD’s.  If you receive a defective CD, you may return it for another exact copy.

Apparel:

We only offer refunds on apparel in the event that the item you ordered does not fit, and we do not have the correct size in stock.  Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product.

 

Before you return a product, please make sure that:

– The product was purchased in the last 30 days

– The product is in its original packaging

– You have contacted Like It Matters, and confirmed that we do not have the correct size in stock and a refund has been approved

Shipping charges:

Unless the customer has received the wrong/damaged product, and it has been verified that it was a mistake on part of the Like It Matters team, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

 

Digital products

 

We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent.

We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.
